normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: 26.25pt">矿石经捣浆分散、筛分、水力旋流器除砂,获得20μm产品,再经离心分级、剥片、漂白、洗涤、浓缩脱除小于0.2μm微粒,然后过滤、干燥、磨粉,获得刮涂布级和填料级高岭土粉状产品。

normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: 26.25pt">为了保证产品质量,提高涂布级产品产率。流程中采用了剥片、离心分级等新技术。从国外引进了剥片机、卧式螺旋离心分级机、喷嘴喋片离心机、鼓式滚筒卸料真空过滤机、喷雾干燥机等先进设备。选矿厂主要工艺设备见表13
