用途：
用于吹制PP为原料的塑料膜。广泛应用于食品、服装纺织品、日用品和工业用品的包装。
特点：
1.本机组挤出机的机筒、螺杆均采用优质合金钢，经氮化和精密加工，具有**的硬度和耐腐蚀性。
2.模头镀硬铬，其结构为辊悬芯轴式，出料均匀、通畅：风冷装置结构为迷宫型，出风量均匀，可自动控温、自动加热。
USE:It’s used to produce PP film that is widely used at food, garments and textile commodities and industrial products.
CHARATERISTICS:
1.The cylinders and screw stems of the extruder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after nitrogen treatment and precision finishing.
2.The die head is plated with hard chromium and has screw mandrel structure with uniform and smooth material discharging. And the air cooled device has labyrinth type structure with characteristic as uniform air-jut qu**ty, automatic temperature control and automatic heating.
